Hexagon

A hexagon is a 6-sided regular polygon.
In a hexagon tiling, each hexagon has up to 6 neighbors. Two hexagons either share one and only one side or share nothing. This contrasts with a square tiling, in which it is possible for two squares to share only a corner.
